hbajhi (hereinafter referred to as "we", "platform" or "service") is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("member", "user") and hbajhi.

Payment Methods and Limits

hbajhi supports popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. The following terms apply:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• All transactions must be completed from the user's own account. Use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
• Currency is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) — no other currency is accepted.
• Withdrawal requests will be approved subject to verification; withdrawals may be delayed if the required KYC documents are not in place.

Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

hbajhi offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive the bonus and to withdraw bonus funds:

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal.
• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus; total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus; total balance ৳47,000.
• The bonus is given only once and is non-transferable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.
• hbajhi reserves the right to change, amend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If misuse of a promotional offer is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

VIP Program Terms and Conditions

hbajhi's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• The authority to determine and change VIP tiers rests entirely at hbajhi's discretion.
• Cashback is calculated each week and provided through the designated method.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the hbajhi platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, images and other materials — is the intellectual property of hbajhi. These are protected by international copyright law.

• Reproducing, distributing or modifying any content from the platform without prior permission from hbajhi is prohibited.
• Users are granted limited access for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe) is governed by their own respective licenses.
